A huge well done to Eva (Y5) for publishing her own book – ‘Lucy Greenlight and the Great Pacific Garbage Patch’.

The book tells the story of Lucy’s efforts to clean up the garbage in our oceans and save the animals from the garbage patch before it’s too late.

Eva was lucky enough to be invited to a special awards ceremony in Russia that celebrated the achievements of a range of people who have fought against climate change. She was awarded with a certificate and medal. Eva, this is a fantastic achievement and you should be very proud indeed!
