CTMP
As you know, planning permission has been granted for the change of use and alterations proposed at 86 Stanhope Mews East and we are now looking to commence work early in early in 2022. The School’s project team are finalising construction matters and preparing the information for discharging the planning conditions. One of the planning conditions relates to the Construction Traffic Management Plan (“CTMP”), a draft of which was included with the planning application submitted to the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. The CTMP has now been developed further with input from the School’s appointed contractor and the final draft is available for review below:
